Everyone interested in developing digital economy – businesses, public administration organisations and stakeholders – can participate in designing and developing changes.
With obstacles identified together, they are easier to eliminate. Businesses – both users and providers of services – and public administration organisations design and develop services and interfaces needed in real-time economy, taking the perspectives of all actors into account. In addition, the procedures and rules of real-time economy are agreed together.
