Actors in the real-time economy are, for example, companies as service providers and users, municipalities and authorities as data users and as public service providers. In order for us to succeed in building a seamless and interoperable economy, we need customer-oriented joint development with the various parties operating in this common ecosystem.
Some of the most important joint development methods in the project are experiments and customer interviews. The purpose of the experiments is to verify the functionality of different implementation methods in practice. The digital solutions of the future aim for efficiency, better information and interoperability of information for different players in the economy.
